Process engineering, materials engineering, production engineering. Sounds complicated? Maybe - but you can also understand it very well with something as everyday as baking. For this year's Children's University, we prepared a video that allowed anyone interested to go on a journey, try out process, materials and production engineering for themselves and test their knowledge. The second part of the research workshop led to a digital live meeting with the scientists on 26.10.2021, who explained the individual steps of the process and the analogies, as well as answering the children's questions.
