As part of the graduate support of the SFB/TRR 136, the second webinar on the topic of "Lateral Leadership" took place from November 29 to 30, 2021. The junior researchers of the Collaborative Research Center were able to learn from experts in small groups and engage in lively discussions. The topics of the webinar included the basics of leadership, professional leadership behavior based on the leadership cycle, dealing with resistance and motivational strategies.
